1996 Clemro Closed Circuit Crushing Plant. Complete with tower trailer and genset.
Tower Trailer: Cummins 450KVA 600 Volt pre-emission generator, Allen Bradley switchgear and controls, A/C with positive pressure dust control tower. Includes 3-phase air compressor and all spare parts/tooling/screens. Under body 1500 gallon fuel tank with external pump to fill production support equipment.
Closed circuit plant: Custom build JAW/CONE/SCREEN. XC1100 cone with return conveyor. 6x20 single deck screen. 22x36 jaw. All new rollers on 60" discharge belt. New under cone 36" belt. Cone bearings and bushings rebuilt 1000 hours ago as well as a new electric 200 HP motor. New jaw plates and cone liners. Rebuilt bypass fingers in feeder. Fresh paint Spring of 2023.
Plant is ideal for single product processing, ie: Class A or Class B crushing. Capabilities of 150 tons per hour. Small footprint setup. No electronics or sensors. Old school technology.
Only 9700 hours on plant since new.
