2010 Sparta Innovations Inc. fully automated ship loading conveyor system. This conveyor is a 3 stage free fall fixed conveyor system that’s rated to load wood chips into vessels at a rate of 600 tons per hour. The system is made up of a triple screw reclaimer hopper assembly, three heavy duty conveyors, two large support towers and an instrumentation / control building. Supporting frame, chutes, catwalks and safety guards to all be included as well.

The three screw reclaim and lump breaker was fabricated by BID Canada and is capable of transferring 800 tons of wood chips per hour.

Conveyor 1 (BC-1) receives material from the screw reclaimer and conveys to BC-2. The total length of BC-1 is 187.8 feet with a 48” wide cleated belt. The conveyor is powered by 1 - 100hp, 600 volt, 3 phase motor.

Conveyor 2 (BC-2) received material from BC-1 and conveys to BC-3. The total length of this conveyor is 197.5 feet with a 48” wide cleated belt, powered by 1 - 100hp, 600 volt, 3 phase motor.

Conveyor 3 (BC-3) receives from BC-2 and loads material on to the vessels. The total length is 64.3 feet with a 48” wide cleated belt, powered by 1 - 40hp, 600 volt, 3 phase motor. This conveyor can also be folded up while not in use.

The conveyor system is completely intact and functions as it should. All engineered drawings, operation and safety manuals as well as maintenance records to be included with the sale. Disassembly and removal is the buyer’s responsibility. Quotations for disassembly and shipping can be provided by local contractors for a serious buyer. Viewing of the conveyor in operation can be arranged by appointment.
